Returns
Unused, unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact us before sending any items back.
Unless the return is the result of our error or a product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Opened Products
For quality assurance and sanitary reasons, opened or used soft plastic fishing baits cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or we made an error with your order.
Small-Batch Products
Goat Rope Tackle Shop products are hand-poured in small batches. Minor variations in color, glitter distribution, scent, softness, dimensions, mold marks, trimming marks, flow lines, micro bubbles, and other cosmetic characteristics are normal and are not considered defects. Product photographs are representative and may vary slightly from the item received.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
