Goat Rope Tackle Shop specializes in handcrafted, small-batch fishing tackle.

Because our products are hand-poured and produced in small batches, minor variations in color, glitter distribution, scent, softness, dimensions, weight, mold marks, trimming marks, flow lines, micro bubbles, and other cosmetic characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended as a general representation and may not exactly match the item you receive due to normal manufacturing variation, photography, lighting, monitor settings, and material lot differences.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability or quantity of any product without prior notice.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

Our products are designed solely for recreational fishing.

They are not toys, are not intended for human consumption, and may present choking hazards. Keep all products away from children and pets.

Customers are responsible for using our products safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment has been received and we have confirmed acceptance.

Because many products are manufactured, cured, assembled, or packaged in small batches after an order is placed, processing times may vary depending on inventory levels and order volume.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.

Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable sales tax or shipping charges.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.
