We take pride in handcrafting and packaging every order with care. As a small, family-operated business, some products may be manufactured, cured, assembled, or packaged after your order is placed to ensure you receive the highest quality product possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

During new product launches, limited runs, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Goat Rope Tackle Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the products ordered, package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Any promotional free shipping offers apply only under the specific terms of that promotion.

Order Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of the shipping package and product, if applicable

We will review each situation and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

U.S. Shipping

At this time, Goat Rope Tackle Shop ships only within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
